- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir fry for 4–5 minutes.
- Stir in snow peas and cook for another 2–3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat vegetables evenly.
- If desired, add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you have on hand such as zucchini, mushrooms, or baby corn.
- For extra protein, add tofu, chicken, or shrimp.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness and sesame oil for flavor.
