  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed and deseeded
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 12 tablespoons sugar (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine watermelon cubes and cold water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional).
  3. Add lime juice and sugar to taste. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled or serve immediately over ice.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

  • Adjust the sweetness based on the ripeness of your watermelon.
