Yogurt-Covered Fruit Bites

Yogurt-covered fruit bites are a refreshing and healthy snack made by coating small pieces of fruit in creamy yogurt and freezing them until firm. Perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup plain or flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey if using.
  3. Dip each piece of fruit into the yogurt to fully coat.
  4. Place the yogurt-covered fruit onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the bites to a freezer-safe container or bag for storage.

Notes

  • Use any combination of fruits like kiwi, pineapple, or banana.
  • Flavored yogurt can be used for added taste.
  • Best consumed straight from the freezer.
