- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 10–12 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
